      Pros

      Office is located in a wonderful location. That’s it!!!!!

      Cons

      Toxic management/C Suite, they claim to “care” about employees. They do not!! Employees are constantly on edge about who’s going to be fired next for no reason. HR person isn’t even qualified to do HR. They only implemented “appreciation” tactics after realizing that they have a bad rep. No one cares about your mental health here. You’re basically set up for failure and then fired and replaced in the same week. The turnover here is crazy!!

      Pros

      Celebrate milestones and special events. Remote work options. Flexible work hours. Two-way performance reviews. Time off or money toward pursuing a new degree. Amazing co-workers. The location/building has amenities like, stress-reduction yoga classes, spaces for breaks during work, monthly events, and weekly happy hours.

      Cons

      Small/intimate setting. If you work hard it’s visible equally if you slack off it’s visible.

      The company has potential, but leadership, particularly at the executive level, creates a challenging work environment. The CEO's management style can be harsh and unsupportive, leading to low morale among employees. A more positive and respectful leadership approach could significantly improve the workplace culture
