      constantly shifting job description, it is your pleasure to work there, expects undying loyalty, does not respond in kind. Convoluted corporate structure, no merit based promotions, shady HR practices

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
