Great people, Toxic upper management - Accounting Senior Metroplex Energy Employee Review

Upper management is awful to work with. Will be disrespectful and degrading to employees in front of the whole office. Can recall numerous meeting of individuals being yelled at for mistakes. Expect to do the work of two to three people, turnover rates are very high in the office, during my almost two years I noticed 80% turn over on the accounting department with slow backfill. Don't expect to be promoted, company has hired past 6 managers externally. Don't bother working out your two week notice, new policy will eliminate any chance of payout of PTO. Dog water software will make doing even simple task a nightmare.
