Not a strict schedule and willing to let you be highly independent. Great for motivated people

Cons

Pay seems to be behind what the rest of the market is giving in terms of raises and bonuses. Also, I don't have a team or other engineers to work on projects with it is just me mainly making decision making and double checking my work more stressful.
