Pros

Enjoy the collaboration of working with stakeholders Great entry level potion if you have no experience Have learned a lot about mental health and substance abuse. Mileage reimbursement

Cons

Horrible Salary for experienced QMHP. Upper management, middle management, and other professions dumps their responsibilities on you where you have no choice to do what ever they say and if you complain you are considered a problem more than a priority. Wear and tear on your car if your are a field base worker. Upper management keeps adding too much more responsibilities with out increase of pay. Not enough money for the level of work Benchmarks and performance setting keep on increasing where you feel the pressures from the demands of your position Too Many trainings that make you do last minute. Raises are horrible. You have to train new employees all the time because of the high turnover rate even though that is not your responsibility . Metrocare is very scattered and disorganized organization Metrocare make things more complicated . The demands keeps adding up where you may give up or burnout They make too many changes all at the same time. It's hard to take vacations off even when your personal leave hours add up. Ghetto office where there are roaches and mice in building.
