      Pros

      The dept I am in is flexible and everyone helps each other out to get the job done. Convenience on location of main office is a plus.

      Cons

      All other dept people are stressing out and worried that they are going to get fired. Not enough pay for the stress they are put through. No motivation to strive to do better.

      One of the best places I have ever worked. I absolutely miss MetroStat, not Schryver!! We were a family and everyday was fun!!

      Cons

      Bought out by Schryver worse decision that could have been made but I do know why all that happened. The original crew from MS misses the owners daily.
