Pros
The community of climbers is great, and the staff are an excellent collection of young and enthusiastic climbers. You'll gain massive exposure to the climbing industry and there is plenty of room to get involved around the gym in various aspects of its operations. At the ground level, it is a very fun place to work - though this is not true for management.
Cons
The owners refuse to invest in their facilities or employees and instead choose to milk money out of every opportunity, including their employees pockets. Employees are not set up for success, and there is massive disorganization all the way up the flagpole. The pay is not adequate in management positions.
