Pros

Pet friendly office space, location close to mrt.

Cons

This people survive by purely stepping on each other to impress their boss who owns the company. First and foremost their management sucks and there is absolutely no staff welfare (apart from the occasional bento lunch) sponsored by the company. Their positive reviews are self written by their HR ladies - such shameful act. There is absolutely no place for growth or promotion in this company. If you are hired, you stay in the exact same position until you decide to resign or you get kicked out. KPI's are not clear at all. Right after this comment a positive comment will be posted by the wonderful HR ladies

Pros

Hours are ok, just need to keep your boundaries. Colleagues are ok, though some are quite loud during work hours. Salary is ok, but below market rate.

Cons

CEO just wants results with the least amount of investment. Everyone just tries to get results to keep the CEO happy, even if it's not really sustainable. If you're coming in as a junior, it can be 'difficult' to 'justify' keeping you if you don't show results, even if the foundation isn't there.

Pros

- Fun and easy-going colleagues. Colleagues are always taking care of others and always willing to offer a helping hand even if they are from different departments. - Management always looking for ways to improve their system and operations - Management cares about their employees, willing to listen to and help as much as they can. - We are given the freedom to forge our own path and generate ideas to help contribute - Events and gatherings are held often - Comfortable and nice office environment - Constantly being pushed to do more (depends how well you react to this, but I have found it beneficial to keep me on my toes) - This is definitely a good place to start your career as you can learn a lot from everyone.

Cons

There are no major cons that stand out, I could only think of the steep learning curve at the beginning of my job, there is a lot of information to absorb and must be quick on your feet. But once you settle down after a few months, it is manageable. Also, if you don't have the professional maturity to know when to work and when to play, the culture can be a distraction.
