      Pros

      If you need money and insurance it's a job.

      Cons

      They don't pay well at all compaied to how much work you do and how much money the properties make. Corporate is so concerned with saving money on stuff but waste money all the time. Upper management is clueless. You have zero authority over anything. No room for advancement. Jeez I could go all day but will stop.

      Great support from regional managers, fun and challenging work environment but other times relaxed and seasonally dependent

      Sometimes a lot to do within a deadline, such as renting moving vehicles
