Pros

Great flexibility - if you need to work from home for emergencies or any understandable reason, they let you do this. You're treated like a person and not a robot like many companies I've worked for previously do. They do meetings every few months where they respond to feedback provided by employees and they do genuinely listen to the feedback and look at changing / implementing the feedback if possible. Colleagues are great to work with and are very helpful should you have any questions. Good progression - I originally started out on the call centre and within 2 years, moved up to the finance team with a nice increase in salary

Cons

It can be very challenging/stressful at times due to the heavy, constant workload but it does help you to prioritise what is more important and how to better manage the workload so I doesn't burn you out - you have to be quick to adapt to change

Pros

Over the past 11 years, this company has given me the opportunity to grow, develop new skills, and build a long-term career. I originally joined the call centre intending it to be a short-term role, but the people, culture, and opportunities encouraged me to stay. Despite having little industry knowledge when I started, I’ve gained exposure to a wide range of skills, departments, and career paths. The business operates in a fast-moving industry with strong opportunities for personal and professional development. The franchise network creates a supportive, entrepreneurial environment with experienced people across the UK to learn from, while the wider group companies provide additional opportunities for growth nationally and internationally. What stands out most is the culture and people. There is a genuine focus on development, collaboration, and helping individuals progress in their careers. It’s an evolving business that continues to invest in its people, and I’m proud to be part of it.

Cons

The business operates in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, which may not suit everyone. But what you give, you will see that returned. Priorities can change quickly and workloads can be demanding at times, particularly during periods of growth. However, this also creates strong opportunities for learning, progression, and exposure to a wide range of responsibilities. The company is supportive and understanding when challenges arise, with a strong focus on adaptability, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Pros

What started as a weekend job while I was in education has developed into a 10-year career filled with growth and opportunity. The company genuinely supports progression, and I’ve been fortunate to move across multiple roles, from the call centre handling inbound customer queries, to a position within the finance Digital Team, and now preparing to step into a Franchise Support Manager role. The leadership team are inspiring, approachable, and consistently encourage individuals to develop. There is a strong culture of motivation and recognition, and you feel supported to push yourself professionally. The business also offers a wide range of training opportunities, which have been instrumental in my development over the years. They actively seek feedback from employees and are open to new ideas and what stands out is that suggestions are not only heard but often implemented, ensuring a sense of value and inclusion. Across all roles I’ve held, the work has been fast-paced, engaging, and impactful. I’ve always felt that my contributions matter.

Cons

As with any fast-paced environment, roles can be demanding at times, and adapting to change quickly is essential. However, this also creates opportunities for growth and development.
