No loyalty. CEO overly butts in but is a complete moron on actual business and hr operations. Racists/prejudicial practices. They may hire your boss from the street, make you train them, then give the brand new employee full credit for your 2 years of work. In front of your entire time, while never giving you a raise or any thanks for establishing and managing an entirely new department. If you’re white or Italian you’ll thrive in this company and be a manager in no time. Lots of dumb meetings too.
