Company does not match 401k contribution

I love working with a team that not only asks how do we get this done, but how do we do it better than our competitors! The management team has defined a vision for the company and is not afraid to invest in new technology to make that vision happen. There is nothing better than having what feels like an odd idea and seeing the team around you turn it into an awesome reality! MMD is great about employee events like: company picnics, Christmas parties, and periodic team competitions.

The only con doesn't apply to everyone. If you are looking for a gravy job to show up at and simply get paid, this is not it. You have to be willing to accept a challenge!
