- Honest/Transparent/Vulnerable Leadership - A Great Pay Structure where Leadership wants to see you succeed - A Company that stands for its Employees (When they say they care about you as a person, they truly mean it. I had an unfortunate personal event that happened in my last week with the company and was only met with sincerity and kindness.)

- Management style is very hands off (which is great if you feel confident in your abilities, but not so great when you’re just starting out)

I enjoy being able to go different places and meet new people almost on a daily basis. Anything that I have asked for within reason this company has by far exceeded my expectations on trying to accommodate it's employees . But as an adult you have to own your errors and plan accordingly ,you cant expect an employer to give you Friday off and today is already Thursday plan ahead it's that simple. Calling out sick puts your fellow tech in your area in a bind sometimes we are into customer service band that's what determines the schedule we dont have backfills if you cant make it to an appointment and your fellow techs in your area are booked guess what we lose money . Family is why we go to work sorry if you are not in the inner circle but most of the inner circle is guess what ???? FAMILY . So we are hired to do a job and that's what I am here to do I do a fair days work for a fair days wage think about that and what you really do in a scheduled day.

weather , and being away home home sometimes(never been forced to take a trip always recieved a phone call)
