Company strikes a good balance to get the job done and appreciate employees by extending holiday weekends, flex time, generous PTO, WFH and half day Fridays. Supervisors do a good job recognizing hard work.

401k could improve but it's a worthwhile tradeoff.

Exposed to a lot of different scenarios due to different clients. Pto package is good. Other employees nice to work with.

The department cycle is hire someone, provide very little training, overwork them, when they ssy theyre behind tell them to work more hours, and then they eventually feel defeated and leave. 17 people have left the department (of around 10) over the last few years. Until this is addressed, the cycle will continue.
