Would not reccomend - Front Desk Receptionist Metro Animals Employee Review

You can get the know the owners and management like you wouldn't be able to at a large company. The pay is good and the benefits are a nice option to have. If you want to move up in the company, they will let you!

I get all holidays off, but some teammates have to work. They do get time and a half though!

Where to start this company has been using store fronts to do bank runs for multiple locations, they make you drive all over the area to serve them, they dont compensate for anything $13-$15/hr is sad, your broke just say that, there is no management team on site they dont believe in it they say, no really they dont want to pay someone to do it, they make you take care of birds that the owner rescued not telling you it will be apart of the job till you get there and start, they dont invest in the locations they all look sketchy and the amount sketchy people that hang in the area don't make you feel safe when it's 8pm and you're their alone, they don't promote so don't believe the lying reviews above that say they do lol they don't, the equipment is subpar at best, they act like everything is awesome when it's not, the owner is condescending and stuck up , the "management and HR" team a joke no communication between themselves or their employees, they say they care and smile pretty for you, promise you whatever you want to get you to stay but don't follow through, have you train people but don't give you the trainer title or the pay bump.
