Pros
Easy job. 8 hours of repeated droll work. When not on a machine, just sweep
Cons
No growth. Extreme bias and selectivism. 10 minute breaks and 20 minute lunch instead of 15/30. HR is inactive and aggressive when you go to them. Management is biased on the people there. The coworker I had problems with drives the shift lead to work - so *I*was fired for reporting her repeated public harassment. Cars will get keyed. If you park in the grass lot and you stay for too long people WILL try to jack your car. Female workers WILL get stalked home at some point. Female workers WILL get sexually harassed by a worker there at some point, despite being reported 5 times since 2019 and getting 3 women to quit he not only STILL works there, but he is no longer an operator but he goes around and does the barrels. If you speak out against a particular coworker, she will cuss you out in front of people and HR will do nothing. HR refuses department transfers when requested due to in-conflict and actively supports the fighting. HR does not care about obvious discrimination and bullies you for filing an incident report.
