Would not give this place a second thought - Molding Metra Electronics Employee Review

With the family atmosphere comes lot of drama like with in families. I guess all work places are like that though. However there was a particular amount of favoritism in the molding department. I worked there for 6 years in many different departments. The environment is completely open to the elements, there's no AC, mediocre buildings and much of the entire unit needed to be updated. There seems to be a disconnect between the upper management and lower employees. How can a place that makes so much money and breaks into the business with a boom be such a crumby place to work?
