Easy entry opportunity, especially for graduates
Cons
No leadership. Top management has no idea what people jobs actually are. The team leader have no idea how to train the member. No one tells you what you are suppose to do, you will be left clueless when they tell you they don't know what to give you. No one follows SOP. Company is DEFINITELY not a young start up. It is a 10 years project and they still call it start up. That is simply false advertisement
