      Pros

      They have very flexible work hours, and my co-workers are great. The pay is also competitive. I enjoy the drive of this company as well.

      Cons

      The CTO can get very emotional when he is upset, and the expectations for success are vague. It is a small company and everyone is expected to do many different jobs as well.

      Great culture and sense of family, employee stock ownership a big plus. Quick and agile decision making, employee social get togethers very enjoyable.

      Cons

      CEO plays a lot of golf with clients.
