The owner is awesome. I would have stayed forever. I’d still consider coming back if they made a commitment to putting the right senior leaders in place and getting rid of the guy everyone knows shouldn’t be there.

Most of the backbone of the company left or got run out.
There’s one senior “leader” who won’t hire anyone smarter than him and he’s not very bright.
HR blatantly lied about my situation.
HR is an unimaginable train wreck.
They tried denying my unemployment claim so I had to take them to court where I obviously won.
It’s such a mess the question regarding how I feel about the CEO lists the CEO 3 people ago.
