Pros
I hate I had to leave, but this is one job I would love to go back to. The RNs were amazing, they didn't mind helping on the floor and wouldn't be mad about helping because they actually enjoyed helping us. The benefits, the staff, residences, the understanding that they had towards real life situations.

Pay for morning shift could have been better.
