Short staffed at times, excessive charting, older systems

Some clinics have a more flexible schedules than others. Overall a low stress job. Insurance benefits are pretty good, PPO and high deductible options.

No actual paid holidays. You earn PTO based on your hours work so if you want a holiday paid you have to use your PTO same for sick days and any day your clinic is closed for any reason. There is a cost of living raise but no performance bases increases so with the increase in insurance each year your never really earning more. Not a job you'd be able to support a family with.
