Poor employee morale - Central Business Office Methodist Health System Employee Review

MMG has potential to be great IF they start with leadership. The employee morale is horrible and for such a large organization that is hindering the potential. Productivity is pushed more than accurate provider reimbursement. Employee retention is non-existent. Workload is stupid heavy for current employees mainly due to the lack of employee retention. Good luck trying to move up because leadership will sabotage your success in moving up the ladder.
