1. you just an number 2. no motivation from manager or upper management 3. abusive environment 4. wage is too low with eu standards and no yearly increase 5. hr and mangament do nothing to help the situation 6. they give training which is not part of engineering 7. many turnover of people and take time to replace people so current employees would have to work after hours without remuneration 8. Not a good environment for a woman to work in 9. No planning and lack of communication with departments 10. Stressful environment with no support 11. Frustration in employees 12. Since experienced people don't want to work at methode, newly grades are employed which take time to train them. 13. They use covid as an excuse to fire people.
