Criticisms: Methode Corporate Accounting Department - staff accountant is provided with very few learning opportunities and is lead by poor lower level management - if you're tech savvy and want to improve processes, don't mention this as you will be treated as a threat by the lower-level managers - the culture within the accounting department is composed of older gossipy women, do not "complain" about them or you will be a target - lower-level managers will complain a lot about being SWAMPED with work but unwilling to share interesting work - lower-level managers are not very good at listening either... grab a chair if you have to explain something complicated because you will be standing for 30+ minutes if not
