Core values and “blue threads” of respect and kindness are emphasized constantly, but abandoned the moment they no longer need you, even if you left due to lack of work. Frequent restructuring, lack of transparency, and unclear direction create instability. Gossip from leadership and belittling of employees undermines morale. The kicker: in an industry that tends to consider you done once you’re past your mid-forties, unfortunately it seems like Method1 holds up that stereotype.
