- racist white people - cliquey - do not communicate to you at all -poor management skills, you have to rely on other co-workers because your manager is too busy for you. - the director of department is very condescending and doesn’t bother to speak to you as well - poor team management - this company is not going to grow as they face way too many issues with everything. - team is 90% white people
