Supervisors Gaslight employees, Coaching/Mentoring is absolutely worthless, training is very basic, left to figure out everything on your own, hire for 6 months then send staff packing, Of the 2 supervisors, One yells all the time and the other sets up employees to fail. Their is a lot of favoritism, and as long as the uppers get their bonus from the employees work....nothing else matters. Because of the way they treat staff, employment ontario has cut off referrals to the call centre. The job is definitely not worth the pay.
