Pros
The work is very organized, I was never in a space where I wondered what the next steps were going to be. The company worked in a scrum/agile way and it was done properly. I never felt like my work didn't count or was just an extra add on. Overall I had a great working experience there
Cons
There wasnt much room for growth. Whenever I tried to venture or mentioned that I wanted to venture outside of my role as an SDET there was much support for that.
