I enjoy a friendly working environment with great benefits in office and beyond, fun at work, lot of employee engagement activities, great collaborative spaces, lively culture, smart peers to work with. Lot of smart people around you to learn from. Ability to make a huge impact. The organization is quite flat in structure. Everyone is reachable even up to the top leadership with the Excellent capability of Management. People Friendly, Helping & Supportive nature by co-employees at working environment. Flexible Work Policies due to which able to manage a healthy work life balance.
