Most of the people in operational roles are committed to delivering their best however are hampered by lack of vision from senior management
Cons
too much politics and management too concerned about pointing out everyone else's flaws to make themselves look good. Poor pay and salary increases, poor redundancy packages and overall no real concern or care for the individuals in the company. Poor attitude and a real boys club mentality.
