Flexible work from home options. Very clear work objectives, fun work with lovely people to work with.

The internet / data banks at the head office didn't work.

A great purpose driven company. I work with great people that care about what they do and build strong relationships both internal and external. A flexibile work environment where possible.

Complexity and duplication exist in this organisation. Simplification and alignment of structure and process will help to alleviate but some foundational alignment needs to occur first.
