Extremely able colleagues, non-political culture, open to change and innovation. Great range of products that are an excellent fit for the way the telecoms industry is developing.
Cons
The company lost its way a few years ago, with Kevin DeNuccio as CEO. Since John Lazar's return, the company has got itself back on a solid footing, and the future now looks bright.
