      Pros

      Lost of over time and payed holidays. Vacation time is okay I guess . They have a okay Christmas party could be better tho

      Cons

      Dirty bathrooms and break room . No way to heat your lunch up or keep your lunch cold. Under payed . Worked way to hard for no respect n little money .

      Pros

      a small company, everybody knows everybody- seconday shop- 5 ovens- just expanded building size- rebuilt one hydrualic press. staff is friendly

      Cons

      although staff is friendly owner is not, management keeps being replaced several process run differently due to management change (tool room, machine shop, & quality) personel in the tooling, machine shop and quality have little to no experience in powder metal
