Just so you get an idea the kind of company this is they sue any client who throws shade on their name. Look at Texas lawsuit they had. The top preach everyday about caring for others doing what is right and doing the job to help others save themselves but they're stealing and closing leads from the very people next to them. If you even get the chance of making money they make you pay back your minimum wage' something they dont tell you at the interview. very greedy people. They say you aren't required to work 6 AM to 6PM or work Saturdays but the culture is if you want to keep your job you better do it. They always brag about how much they spend on marketing but the numbers are always different. If you remember high school thats the environment in this workplace. You cant talk or ask people for certain advice because obviously you're new and you dont make the money they do, everyone keeps their circles really small. They dont give you a reason for firing you but you can only assume after you put millions of dollar leads on the table they rather fire you instead of being fair because they got people coming in and out at rates I've never seen at any other job. A lot of dishonesty at this place.
