Example of this is laying off technicians because they refuse to perform unsafe work. - Supervision relies on the good technicians to pick up the slack for the people who don’t have a clue what’s going on (they get to sit in the office all day) - Multiple technicians who defy the quality code of conduct they signed when acquiring their tickets. - Cut nightshift premium, 12 hour shifts (said we would get them back in a month (never happened)). - Multiple union grievences filed against Metalogic in a span of two months. - Sharing user hard hats. - Minimal PPE and gear (bring your own headlamp).
