Great way to learn and earn a good paycheck. A lot of overtime opportunities. Great health insurance that costs $40 a paycheck

Working seingshifts takes getting used to. 7 on 2 off. Days afternoons then midnights

Decent pay and decent benefits. Many good employees.

Don't get used to the hybrid work schedule. The company standard is 8 days a month in office but we are often told without any notice to be in the office 4 or 5 days a week. The no notice makes it difficult to work around my family's schedule. The APA bonus is a joke because it is largely based off company performance and lack of safety incidents. This means that we get a very small or no bonus. Management doesn't communicate well to employees or provide feedback. They also don't take the time to develop employees.
