Good family owned company. Owners have done a nice job taking care of their employees.

Do not like how there are no merit raises. Employees are not rewarded based on their performance or value to the company. Only a standard cost of living raise given across the board. Not an incentive for an over achiever and in the long run hurts morale for super stars. Small company and not really growth opportunities with this company.

Easy work and good people

Pays not the best but managable
