Great company to work for - Quality Manager Metal Craft and Riverside Machine & Engineering Employee Review

People at Riverside are so friendly and down to earth. I enjoy coming to work every day because of them. Riverside really has an awesome culture. I have worked for 2 other companies that struggled with a good employee culture, but Riverside has it figured out. Even the lead, managers and owners are very personable.
