Some travel is required. Being that it is a consulting firm, jobs and experience are limited to available projects.

Pros: You will get unlimited PTO

Cons: - You may only get 2 weeks of severance even if you have worked there for years - The person deciding your pay/promotions barely speaks to you and will make a decision that impacts your job security based on one conversation - The C Suite team is a boy's club only looking out for themselves - If you're promoted to a manager role, you will be stretched thin on multiple projects and expected to manage multiple people below you. No pay raise guaranteed if they are struggling financially, which they have been for years.
