Pros
Metabolic is at the forefront of real, tangible, and impactful sustainability. The work we do is innovative and you never stop learning. Working at a start-up also allows you the flexibility to explore your interests and wear many different "hats". I'm incredibly proud to be a part of this international, interdisciplinary and intelligent team.
Cons
Like any start-up, the team is relatively small (15-20) and the smaller the team is, the more general or broad your tasks might be. The abundance of freedom and diversity of tasks allow generalists and "task-jugglers" to thrive but can be difficult if you're looking for a more specialized role.
