      - Fully remote and flexible work setup, great for work–life balance. - Talented, collaborative colleagues across engineering, design, and marketing. - Opportunity to own projects end-to-end and learn across different areas. - Product is well-praised in the data/BI space with a strong open-source community.

      Cons

      - Company vision and priorities aren’t always clearly communicated. - Processes can feel a bit unstructured at times, which makes long-term planning harder. - Career growth paths could be more defined. - With a fully remote team, alignment across time zones can sometimes be tricky.
