Pros

WFH. Schedule flexibility. Equipment supplied

Cons

Micromanaged to the extreme. Be peepared to hear “metrics, metrics, metrics” all day everyday to the point you forget you’re a nurse and have now become a telemarketer/sales person. My team lead and supervisor were both very rude and made things extremely stressful. Wouldn’t recommend

Pros

working from home multiple paid holidays

Cons

Zero advocacy for nurses nurses are never heard when approaching admin with concerns, instead they are basically told to do it this way or leave. their paid time off and sick time are good, however they limit when and what you can use The metrics they require you to meet largely depend on the patient's engagement which is hard to gauge given that most if not all are enrolled in the program and not given the correct information about participation or cost.
