"You've got plenty" PTO. Take as much as you need. $5k bonus for taking a full week vacation. No unrealistic schedules. No micromanagement. "Freedom Fridays", basically a 4 day "work" week. They treat employees like adults and trust everyone to get their work done. Cool office space. Beer keg, snacks, parties, lunches, etc.

We are growing fast means lots of new faces in the hallways. Leaders are busy with lots of meetings making facetime difficult occasionally.

MetaGeek loves its employees. They support you in pursuing your professional ambitions, and are willing to invest in your education and training. They also pay very well and have great benefits.

There is constant change in the "big thing" internally. Lots of ideas are tried to improve performance, but nothing is ever really seen through long enough to find out whether it works. They don't do a very good job of defining performance goals for employees, so most people aren't sure where they stand.
