      Low pay, terrible work hours some of your co workers create a toxic environment not likely to get a raise for good evaluations.terrible insurance.

      Good workplace culture. They show their appreciation for their staff. They are flexible which is great if you have kids.

      As with any nonprofit, the turn over in certain areas can make more work for others.
