Cons
I am not sure if this is a con per se or just growing pains for the company. Their new process for rolling out new projects through a small approval team slows things down. Many valuable projects never progress beyond being mentioned. I preferred the old way, where I would work directly with Executives and Directors to identify projects based on needs and issues.
There was a bit of start/pause/redirect with projects that created issues.
