Pros
The different business groups work well together and are very connected. There is always something to do. Upper management has a lot going on in terms of projects. They seem to have implemented an excellent project manager setup/system. Doing project work is a breeze and always moving, and the project managers are not mindless drones. If you are good at what you do with good ideas, Mettel has a process to turn your ideas into projects.
Cons
Some meetings could be a simple email, but Mettel seems to be trying to improve communication which has improved by leaps and bounds. Communications in the company have become a pro.
