Pros

Corp. office location. Decent place to work if you're 50+ and are related to the family. Few talented workers who are hardworking and nice. ( feel sorry, but they will be leaving soon)

Cons

A lot of cons:- (refer to all old reviews, they're right) If you need career growth, NEVER look at MetTel. You'll be stuck in one position for years. Benefits are bad. Worst PTO, you have to time-in and time-out. Insurance so expensive that it's better to be homeless and top it all, salary is a joke. All positive reviews are written by top management (thats true) and yes, the CEO isn't welcoming at all ( refer to previous posts) HR/payroll management is so inept that they won't help you in any way The route to career growth in this company is only if you're related to the family in some way or the other. Nepotism/favoritism is over the roof. Boring telco company. Quiet corp office coupled with good location. A pro has thus become a con. Top management will use you, lie to you on your face and some day, might throw you out. Seen a few talented people experiencing this. (luckily that didn't happen to me. Before they could say/do anything, I left this mess) The company has no potential. Need a small paycheck, go there. Need a career with good paycheck/benefits, keep looking elsewhere.

Pros

Good people to work with, very supportive, and easy to get projects completed once started. Wonderful project managers. Hang Li is probably one of the best in the industry.

Cons

I am not sure if this is a con per se or just growing pains for the company. Their new process for rolling out new projects through a small approval team slows things down. Many valuable projects never progress beyond being mentioned. I preferred the old way, where I would work directly with Executives and Directors to identify projects based on needs and issues. There was a bit of start/pause/redirect with projects that created issues.
