Pros

Worklife Balance, Good Bonus, Good Benefits, Lower and Mid Level Management were Great

Cons

Upper Management had no care for the well-being of its employees, Everything is about shareholders profit. Claims staff overworked and underpaid with no thank you's from upper level management. They have had multiple series of layoffs over the past few years and have layed off great customer focused employees who couldn't keep up with the volume because they were providing quality customer service. The volume was far too high and the only way you could keep up would be by eliminating superior customer service. Constantly felt like I was just a number to upper management and not a person.

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
