      I am working with IT MNC in India & in MetLife Project around year with colleagues

      Cons

      Working with Metlife projects is worst experience in my career. My all colleagues are frustrated while working with such pathetic client Met Life expects 3 year work in 3 months !!!!! No work life balance in fact no personal life !!! People are mentally harassed to deliver unrealistic goals

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
